Injury for Alex Pastor
ALEX RACCONTA L’INCIDENTE
Today I’ve had one of the toughest days of my life. Went for a big front blind mobe and at the end had to push down really hard with my arm not to over rotate. At that time I felt a really hard pop on my shoulder and completely dislocated it. It’s been very painful but the doctor managed to pull it back in. Unfortunately won’t be able to compete on the PKRA that starts tomorrow and will fly home instead to get it checked out, but so far it looks like a pretty sever injury. Thanks to everyone that helped me out after this happened.
